Central NJ-based advertising agency receives international award
Manville, NJ – December 11, 2006 – Local advertising agency Galvanek and Wahl LLC finished strong in 2006, pulling its fifth award for the year. G&W is proud to receive their first Davey Award for its branding work with ALL-AHEAD, a nonprofit organization that serves the public good, providing comprehensive housing counseling programs for would-be homeowners.
The Davey Award is an international achievement that recognizes the strong, fresh ideas and outstanding creative work produced by the best small firms in the world. The award, drawing its name from the story of David and Goliath, reminds us that big ideas, and not giant bankrolls, are what it takes to make an impact. Entries are judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, whose membership includes some of the biggest names in the industry.
Howard Banker, Executive Director for ALL-AHEAD was also impressed by G&W’s work. "The board and staff of ALL AHEAD are proud of G&W's efforts to create our award winning, organizational branding. Everyone who has come across us comments positively on the beauty and simplicity of your branding work."
"We're very excited to have an award like this under our belt," says G&W Partner & CEO Paxton Galvanek. "It's an honor getting recognized for something our team loves doing. It's also a great achievement for our Manville, NJ advertising agency to be ranked with the best of the best from across the world."
With the opening of a second office, a growing staff and dozens of newly scheduled projects, 2007 looks exciting and promising for G&W. To see a full list of awards they have won this year, or to find out more information, visit G&W’s newly branded website at www.gwadagency.com.
