G&W Ad Agency Provides Pro Bono Work for Cancer
Education Organization

Manville, NJ—December 20, 2007 Central New Jersey’s G&W Ad Agency has recently announced a pro bono partnership with the American Cancer Educational Services (ACES) to provide branding, web design, promotional materials, and print collateral for the non profit organization. G&W will launch a newly redesigned ACES website (www.focusoncancer.org) that is not only aesthetically superior, but easier for users who are seeking cancer information to navigate.

The partnership with ACES is not G&W’s first foray into pro bono work. Previously, G&W has done work for the SLE Lupus Foundation and the Lupus Research Institute to raise awareness about clinical trials for lupus in order to gather information on treatments, prevention, and a cure. G&W’s web design for the foundation successfully increased traffic on their website (www.lupustrials.org) from 200 to 5,000 views per month and their branding work included the “Lupus Together Awareness Brochure,” a Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award winner.

“We are honored that ACES has allowed us to work so closely with them in the fight to make accurate information on cancer available to the public. G&W firmly believes that it is our social responsibility to do pro bono work for non profit organizations that may not have the resources to properly promote themselves,” says G&W partner and CEO, Paxton Galvanek.

G&W’s plans for the ACES campaign include an extensive re-branding campaign that will feature a new ACES logo, a new website, and numerous print and promotional materials to help raise awareness about the organization, its goals, and fundraising opportunities.
